Homework Help on Ordinary Men! Following questions?

I have to answer the following questions about the book ORDINARY MEN...which i haven't read.

I think a lot of people read it in high school.
If you got to read it, can you please help me out with any of these questions: (any ideas help!)

1.Describe the background of the men of Battalion 101. Where were most of them from? Were they young, or middle-aged? Were most hardcore Nazis?

2.Who was the commander of Battalion 101? How did he react to their first massacre? What reasons did he cite as justification for the murders?

3.What are Trawnikis, and where were they from? Why did the Germans use them?

4.In what way did one of the battalion soldiers justify the murder of children?

5.How did the behavior of Lieutenant Gnade evolve over time (from Minsk to the Lomazy massacre)?

6.What would you consider the primary factor in motivating the men to kill? Justify your answer.
