high school teacher troubles, need help?

i have this homework packet due tomorrow for spanish class, but supposidly my teacher said he wont accept it anymore because he saw me taking a couple of papers from my friend, which actually i let him borrow them aka copy, so as he was giving me my papers back the teacher saw, he told me what was that and i ignored him and kept on walking away. Is there anything i can do or say tomorrow so he can accept m homework packet, are there any good excuses out there, thank you all very much.

Letting someone copy off of you makes you just as guilty as copying off of them. You don't have a case here.

when you ignored the teacher, you already give a bad impression to your teacher. i said, you apologize to the teacher and tell him/her the truth. i have not problem letting my friend see my work, because everybody need help. However, the best way to help other is not letting them copying your paper, but in fact teach them. He/she may has an A on the homework that their copy, but do they understand the topic for the test. I assuming you can let them copy the test too...good jobs, Both can get an F. when you go to college, plagiarizing other people work is an automatic F for the course and possibility of getting kick out from the school. i say you should be honest with your teacher because i know that you will be stuck in that class for a while and you do want the teacher to think negatively about you.
