I need your help with this guy!?

I am friends with a younger guy (by about two years) and recently I have begun to like him. We have started hanging out a little more than usual and we do homework and stuff together. He is constantly making fun of me, but it's the things I say and the way I laugh, nothing harmful or mean. He even makes fun of my height when he is only five inches taller. We play tennis and he compliments my game even after we are playing. The other night, we were doing homework and we were fooling around and he said "I love your company" when I jokingly threatened to go to the library instead and "You are perfect" after I got embarrassed about my laugh. I know he was joking around and in context it might have just been a joke. But, I need to know if that means anything...Should I do something about it? Is there anyway I can really tell if he likes me back? I am sorta afraid of doing anything because he might freak out, being younger than me. Please write back with your advice and insight!

well it sounds to me liek just fun and not love or lust idk if that helps and i would just look for more things as you start to hang out more.
