Science homework - I need some help?

I have to do this assignment for science class and I want to know what to do.

It's one of those assignments where you test things out to get a result.

(eg) Which soil grows plants faster - soil, rocks, sand or pinebark?

I need to know something I can do that is like that one (not to do with plants - but something along those lines.

(eg) Does eating chocolate give you pimples?

Whoever gives the best one(s) will get a Best Answer and 5 stars.
