cpt_og has a spectacular aura about
Can you help me with English homework?

My homework is write a dialogue.
What you think? Is this dialogue grammatically right?
I think this dialogue is full of mistakes, so I need your help.

A: Hallo!
B: Nice to see you.
A: After about five weeks I went to your home and there were other family. I guess the family name was Brendon.
B: I moved to my grandfather’s home because I was in dept. I needed sale my house to get some money, but now I am settled all payments.
A: I feel for you. Do you need money? I can lend if you need.
B: No, thanks. Now I need find a job. No one want employ me, I tried finding job in internet, newspaper, but after the meeting they said I am unwanted, because I have no education.
A: I can place you in my company as an assistant.
B: Really? That’s great! When I can start?
A: Take it easy. I am not promise you, there are big competition so I can choose other.
B: Please choose me! I want to accumulate some money to my grandfather’s house reconstruction.
A: We will see. But about your grandfather’s house, where is his home located?
B: His home is located near by that river.
A: Is it there? That, block house with dark brown roof or that small house without roof?
B: No, on the other side of river. That house, with greenhouse.
A: Tell me more about your grandfather’s house.
B: His house has a kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. On the upstairs are two bedrooms, and another toilet with a bath. And there are a basement and an attic. Unfortunately the house is in bad condition. I think it could collapse in any moment. The house is 65 years old, and that explains everything. By the way for me, his house is something special, because he built it with his own hands. I must repair it. So, I need money.
A: I will help you because you are my friend. Ok, I will hire you as an assistant. I think my brother can help you with the house reconstruction, he works in building company.
B: Thanks a lot! I will recompense you.
A: I am surprised, the house from here looks normal, with beautiful garden.
B: Yes, the garden is beautiful, because before death my grandmother was gardener.
A: My grandmother was gardener too. My bedroom needs renovation, bed is too old, bookcase has mouldy shelves, walls are damaged, but I know your problem is much bigger.

I'm from Latvia. And there English is not mother tongue. That's explain everything.
I forgot to write the conclusion
