Should Homework Help be renamed "I'm Too Stupid/Lazy To Do My Own Homework"?

If kids want HELP with their homework then that's one thing, but almost all the questions I see in this section are from kids who are either to lazy or too stupid to do their own research, and what's more they are so lazy that they copy the questions word for word so that it is blatantly obvious that they're doing so.
