Should all people be afforded the rights in our Bill of Rights? What about people from other countries? What obligations do we have to model civil liberties for the rest of the world?

Yes everyone should be protected by our Bill of Rights. The only way to do otherwise would be to ask someone what nationality they are and then deny rights if they are not American (which come to think of it happens now). We have a human rights responsibility to model civil liberties period. Others will see what we do and I personally hope what they see is justice taking place.
