Head injury help!!?

This morning someone punched me really hard on the side of my head.. it has been throbbing and stinging all day and also there is a large cut at the top of my ear which was bleeding before. i don't know what to do and i dont want to tell my mum or dad because they always make a massive fuss over it! im only 12!
