| what are some other things i can do to help with my back pain from recent injury? especialy when i am laying down it hurts the worst cause i lay on my side and theres nothing susporting my back then last night while i was laying down my legs also felt weird especialy the left one and both my feet felt numb and they were freezing cold i have already been to cyroprator 4 times was suspose to go back but dont have ride he said that my spine is messed up but he did not really tell me anything else but that he wants me to come back in      |

| See your doctor, sounds like muscle strain, but no one on here is qualified to give medical advice and it is always best not to leave it to someone who has not seen you. I could say muscle strain when in fact it is something worse, so see your doctor they can decide what course of action to take to help you |
