| for starters. Dont start!! Seems to be a no brainer to me. If someone was pressuring me to injure myself...I'd simply injur them!! POW BOOM BAM!! |

| speak to a professional. this is something that can get worse and really ugly (physically and figuratively) as it is a way to deal with pain. there are healthy ways to deal with pain and that is not one of them. |
