| Hamstring injury, need help recovering? I played a sport in the senior year of highschool. I was injured with a hamstring injury that year. The reason i pulled/torn my hamstring was from doing accidentally doing a split while sprinting full speed. The injury lasted me a good 6 months to recover, well not fully. My problem now is that i can still walk.. run. However, when i try to sprint 100 meter more than 5 times. Do if i do intense workout, my hamstring strained and it tensed up. I wonder how to stop this. They problem occurs all the time and it forbidded me to workout and train again. I think my hamstring is still weak. it has been 3 years.      |
