| Knee injury and now ankle swelling?
so like last week i hurt my knee tissue and i did not think much of it cuz it just looked like a bruise but then i hurt it again and the last time i hurt it which was two days ago i went to the doctor and hey told me i damaged my tissue and have to stay off it for two weeks and use crutches and an ace band...now today after going to school with the ace band and no crutches i looked at my ankle and its all swollen...?why?(im icing it as i type)
