| Ankle injury? So yesterday, the outside of my ankle (the bone?) hit a wooden counter pretty hard, and it hurt to walk on it for the next couple of hours. After icing it on and off, walking was within tolerable pain, even though the ankle was still red and swollen. But today, walking hurts a LOT more (any movement with my ankle hurts badly), and it's still red and swollen. Should I go see a doctor, or just keep using RICE, and hope that the pain goes away soon?      |
