| Ankle Injury? OK it's not amazingly bad, but I've got a fitness test thing tomorrow and i've stupidly managed to hurt the inside of my left leg (Playing football - was in goal to avoid injury, but took a ball quite hard to the leg) The pain is in a 2-3 inch line sort of 3/4 of the way down from my knee to my ankle, along the tendon.. it doesnt directly affect twisting of the ankle, but on pressure sometimes its fairly painful.. It'll clear up in a few day, and I have applied "RICE" etc already but j/w if anyone had any decent tips or general advice about these kind of injuries as I usually compete in non contact sport.. Please and Thank you      |
