| how to use the mouse in a correct way,in order to avoid more injuries from... ...the syndrome of carpal tunner? please tell me.. I have eight years with this.. I think I have done wrong.. now I dont know what to do.. doctor said me if I use like a glove for rest my hand.. it will be Ok. but they are expensive here.. so I am looking for it yet.. but both hands hurt me but the one that I use mouse.. it gets swollen.. I asked for ergonomic mouse but they are too expensive .. I dont know what to do now that my hand is swollen now again |
