Possible Re-Injury?

I broke my ankle last July during the summer at my brothers house. i had a cast on, a walking boot and an ankle supporter. But yestorday while doing P.E. (Physical Education) at school I my ankle sort of cracked and its been bothering me ever since. Its swollen, hurts when i walk, cant put any pressure on it. is it possible that i re-injured it?
I forgot to mention, I only half broke the bone on the right side but i tore the ligaments very badly on the left
