Matt has a spectacular aura about
Upper arm injury?

Hello, last year I had received an upper arm injury whilst pitching in the first baseball game of the season. I was about 13.5 years at the time, and it still hurts even now, which is less than 20 days from being the day I injured my arm. I think I personally diagnosed it with Little Leaguer's elbow, I do not recall what the doctor had said. It looked like a space between the arm and shoulder was wider than usual. If it is what I think it is, how can I make it heal quicker? It seems like its been a long time, and the doctor said I should be able to pitch this season, but, I have our first game on April 16th, and I still have some pain. (It would come and go for as long as I had it, it is better than when I first got it though) I have not been practicing pitching. He said to restrain myself from throwing activities as much as possible. I kind of slacked off, but I did stop pitching, and I did kick footballs to get my mind off it and what not. Can I heal this? Or do I just wait more? thx

Caro has a spectacular aura about
you should really not pitch at all. listen to your doctor. the gap between your arm and shoulder is wider beacuse its affecting you negatively. its something with the cartilidge or growth plate i dont remember but if you dont listen to your doctor beacuse your so young you can ruin your baseball career forever. allow it to heal and consider physical therapy. whatever you do, DO NOT. irritate your throwing arm. feel better!!
