Is anyone a doctor/someone who knows a lot about shoulder injuries?

Hi I'm a fourteen year old who last year started playing little league. I worked a lot on my throwing, because I would short arm the ball and now I get a full extension.

In September, I noticed that when I rotated my shoulder I would hear cracks, which were not painful but it was odd. I also began hurting my arm after throwing a lot.

A couple months ago I figured out what was hurting my arm- I was side arming the ball, because when I would practice pitching the ball would be too high.

However, that still hurt.

Then I realized- I wasn't snapping my elbow and wrist, therefore making shoulder do all the work.

A few days ago I was throwing a wiffle ball really, hard, using a correct motion. The next day I threw a football around, without a lot of difficulty and not straining it either. Yesterday I threw a baseball and after a while I couldn't bear to do anything with my right arm. Today my arm feels okay but its still sore.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
oh yeah- yesterday the pain was a burning sensation on the top of my shoulder. This was while i wasnt exerting any force with it.

After throwing a snowballs really hard a couple months ago one day I noticed my arm was sore, and there was swelling in the back of my shoulder.

However then i noticed i should rasie my arm angle, and it really helped to relieve the pain and AFTER i worked out the right way i felt a lot better the next day.
