Loeby7 has a spectacular aura about
High hamstring pull, or slightly pulled groin....If its a pull be careful streching too much...Can injure it even more...Warm up properly before streching, ice the pain and honestly you should be resting....Utilize crutches while at home and try to let it heal...

im a soccer player and that sounds like something that happened to me.i had pulled my hamstring in a play off game. the doc said not to do anything.well i played in the rest of the play off games and the championship game.my hamstring and leg hurt really bad every time i kicked the ball, ran, walked, jogged,or any kind of movement.we had lost by 1 point in triple overtime.well i hope you dont have a pulled hamy.the doc said i made it worst doing what i did.i would call or go to the doc. good luck and good luck winning those softball games.
