skateboarding injury?

OK so i went down this huge Hill made it down first time then on second try fell off and slammed my knee hard and sense then my knee is tight and stiff(happened instantly) nd it hurts to move certain ways it was a little swelled but any ideas what it could be i have a big scrape kind deep but doesn't hurt as much as like the muscle does

If you cant bear weight on it I would go to the ER. If you can, ice it for 20 min then off for 40 min. keep that up for at least 4 hr. If its not better by noon tomarrow I would get an appointment with your physician, or an orthopedic doc.
