| I need help on how to heal muscle pain in lower leg, i just came off a
hip injury, i didnt exercise for 2month I just came off an injury on my hip, and i didn't do any physical exercise for about 2 months. I just started running again and when i do physical activities i have a lot of pain in my lower leg muscles, does anyone know why and how to make it better? thanks how can i stretch my lower leg like under then knee and above the calf on the inside of my right foot |

your muscles are probably sore since you haven't exercised them in a while. stretch before and after you exercise. also start off slowly. go for walks or shorter runs and build from there. you dont want to overwork yourself
