I need help on how to heal muscle pain in lower leg, i just came off a

hip injury, i didnt exercise for 2month I just came off an injury on my hip, and i didn't do any physical exercise for about 2 months. I just started running again and when i do physical activities i have a lot of pain in my lower leg muscles, does anyone know why and how to make it better?

how can i stretch my lower leg like under then knee and above the calf on the inside of my right foot

there is this liquid called white flower I call it heaven in a bottle you rub it on where the pain is and it works you can even put it on your headaches try it...

Workout and target the weak muscles. Whether it be hamstrings, or calves.

your muscles are probably sore since you haven't exercised them in a while. stretch before and after you exercise. also start off slowly. go for walks or shorter runs and build from there. you dont want to overwork yourself
