| Shoulder Injury?
About a year ago, I had a bad fall onto my right shoulder, and immediately had pain and less motion in it. My shoulder would pop continuously throughout my daily activities and would feel strange when I worked out. After a few months, I went and got an MRI. The MRI revealed no injury to rotator cuffs or tendons, and indicated a shoulder compression at the acrimonion. When I visited the physical therapist, he told me that the fall had dislocated my shoulder blade which created pressure on a tendon leading to the shoulder compression and subsequent "popping". He gave me a set of physical therapy bands and a list of exercises to do to make it better, with the objective of full healing in a couple months. It has now been 5-6 months, and my shoulder still pops all the time. I work out occasionally, and definitely notice a weakness in the right shoulder. Are there any other exercises that can help with the shoulder compression, or do I just need to learn to live with the injury?
