| Whats a good exercise to strengthen the back after injury? I have a weak back following surgery and often suffer with sciatica like symptoms in my right leg, ie weakness, pain and numbness also back pain. i want to lose weight and strengthen my back through exercise, but what are safe ways to tone my back without causing further damage? |
