| if you were hit by a out of the park home run ball and suffered injuries who would you sue? if i was jus minding my own business walking on the street not on the property of the stadium who can i sue? or if it wrecks my car. Would i get reimbursements? or anything?
Dudes calm down. its just a hypothetical situation and i want to know if there are any civil remedies. I know about the assumption of risk for players and fans in the stadium but what if you were on the sidewalk off the property? not in the parking lot on city property on a sidewalk? Who could you sue? if anyone.
Ok what if it was a brand new stadium and you lived within a block of it for years before it was built. You can't move cause you have no money and one day while your mowing your lawn which must be done, a ball hits you on the head and causes severe braindamage affecting the rest of your life. You didn't ask for the stadium to be built there and you had no idea that they were playing a game that day? SO... You have no other choices of places to live and severely injured? who do u sue? |
