Non- Injury Arm Pain/Headaches/Nausea?

I have a dull throbbing pain in my arms, sometimes it becomes tingly. I know most of you are going to say go to a doctor but I've already been to many, including a neurologist, (I had a head and neck MRI, came back clear) who suggested it was probably "all in my head" and that I was being "over dramatic" I disagree. I have a history of headaches although my doctor knows about them she will not confirm that they are migraines with aura. I experience tingling in my legs and arms and now this new feeling in my arms, it comes and goes and both arms are not usually affected at the same time. I have now started seeing what I can describe as camera flashes when I get really bad headaches, but this had not happened previously- I have no appetite and am losing weight that I cannot afford to lose. I have constant nausea, and a cardboard taste in my mouth-what does it mean if my headache symptoms are changing and getting worse? HELP ME PLEASE!
