| knee injury? so.... i think i hurt my knee. I don't know what ligament but I'm pretty sure its minor. It hurts when i bend my knee more then 30 degrees and put weight on it, but it does not hurt when i walk. The problem is, i need to bike to school everyday, (about 2 miles each way) so i can't really rest my knee. (car is not an option, and doctor is not an option right now either) My question is, how can i recover fast from this injury. I don't think it's anything serious, but it's just very annoying you have to bike 4 miles everyday with a knee that hurts... |
