so i do track i've had a recent knee injury and twisted but i really never

got it checked out but now? all of sudden after i just did 100 meter it started to bother me alot i don't know what it is do you have any advice??

Good God girl. Get it checked. I had knee problems in my youth and early 20's (got them kinda looked at....) and now at 38 I've got worth arthritis in my knees than my grandmother does.

your knee is probably telling you that you have over exerted the muscles again from the first injury and may have tore some scar tissue which will need to be gently stretched, you can rub rubbing Alcohol on the knee and soak in a hot bath.
Applying hot and cold compress may also help but i would make a doctors appointment to confirm

I Stretched The Ligaments Around The Knee Running To Hard. Didn't Even Know That I Did It Until Around Twelve Hours Later When My Knee Blew Up Like A Melon. There Are A Lot Of Different Injuries That Could Have Happened If It Keeps Up Get It Checked By Doc.
