| Leg Injury? Was playing football with some friends yesterday and when i tried to tackle someone i started falling down and heard a "pop" around my knee area. It hurt a lot for a couple minutes but I was able to get back up and walk. Now today it still hurts and im walking with a limp, my knee doesnt hurt at all, its just the area around and behind my knee. I cant extend my leg completely straight and I cant curl it towards me too far. Can someone tell what happend and if I should be concerned? Is it a serious injury or will it just take a couple days to heal?      |
