| thumb fingernail injury from cow bite? I have a break in my left thumb finger nail. It happened when a cow bit my finger nail about 3 months ago. It has grown to the point were it's almost to the end of the nail bed. I cannot cut it off do to the uneven engle that it's cracked at. Currently, I have a piece of medical tape on it with nail polish trying to keep it on, acting as a patch. I've heard of the tae bag patch and will try that, but if anyone else has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated. I cannot get my nails done with the thumb like this. It needs to grow to the point where they can be done by late May. Thanks, Jer      |
