| I have a knee injury and have to play? I have had a problem with my knee for aobut 3 days now. It has been giving me pains when ever I get uup after sitting down for 15minutes or more. It's hard to bend and I can walk a little after 10 minutes or walking with a bat to simulate a crutch? I have to play a baesball game at 1 pm eastern time. I'm the starting catcher and it's the first game. It's hard to get into the position with out pain. I can swing fine though. What should I do? Should I ask to be DH, first, or not play? Also what are some good stretches I can do to fix my knee pain? Roadkill why don't you get off your computer and play somme ball. We won, I played seconf.      |
