...for 5 months? I didn't file anything, nor even contacted the company! When I went to pick up my last check the district manager called me "dirty" and an asshole because I had to quit, I didnt give a two weeks notice because mentally and physically I could NOT continue my job, and til this day I am in cronic pain.

Can I still sue the company, and sue the district manager for what he said to me in front of customers and formel employees?

Another question I have is can I sue this other place I once worked before but quit because of all the drug selling in the place, and all the violent screaming and profanity by the manager, I tried to reapply to their restraunt but she will not hire me back, but yet will hire drunks, and drug users who use needles in the bathroom. I dont know what her problem with is me, I am clean cut, and am highly in personal hygene, but she always lies and says she has a full crew when in fact my brothers wife works there, and tells me who quits! So I know she is a liar!
