wrist injury??

Over the last 2 days i have hurt my wrist twice. I was horsing around with my friend wrestling on a trampoline and he kicked my hand and now my wrist hurts. Yester day i re-injured it again, what could i have done to it?

It is probably bruised and sprained, if you see no bones sticking out. You could have a fracture too. I would see a doctor.
