How do I make my injury not hurt enough to run?

It's almost the end of track season and I have a couple major races to run: league finals, cif possibly, and nike outdoors. I have been able to do the workouts for the past week but with pain. I have injured my hips somehow and they hurt when i run. What is the best way to fix the pain without me not running?

Wow! You must be good! I'm not positive, but I would say just ice them a LOT...if you're on a team at school, go see the athletic trainer and ask them. If this gets worse then I would suggest seeing a doctor. Hope you get better and good luck!
