| Knee Pain Injury? Yesterday i was playing soccer with friends. I think i warmed up pretty good. But like almost in the end of the game when i stepped on my left foot, i felt my left knee twisting and then get back on place. I sit down and i looked, the knee was on place. It was numb for couple minutes than it stopped. I tried to fold it but when i reached the end it hurted a little. Now it is swallowed and i can step on it, but I slimp slightly. What do you think might be the best thing to do besides go to doctor, since i don't have insurance Please help      |

| Could be a tear in the meniscus disk of your knee. go to a county hospital, they take care of non insured. |

| an Epison salt bath with it warm and or warm baking soad bath as well as a castor oil pack on it and alternate heat and ice take it easy and try to let it heal but doctors would be a good thing to do try a free clinic? |
