I Need help with a shoulder injury anyone knw wats wrong with it?

About a week and a half ago i was playing rugby. well wat happened was 3 of there forwards were running at a speed as one unit. so i had to tackle then so as i went for the tackle one of my friends turned me a bit to try help tackle which didnt help cause nw i wasnt facing them properly so they ran straight into my right shoulder. At the moment of contact it felt as though the bone clicked straight out so i went to the doc he says nothings broken. x-rays proved it but nw a week and a half later my shoulder is still very sore i cant move my arm at all theres still a huge lump on top of my shoulder that looks and feels like a bone. its very sore if u just touch it and now only bruises are starting to appear. Its sore over basically the whole shoulder. does anyone knw wats wrong and can anyone give me advice on wat im suppose to do pls
