Head Injury?

Last night i fell and hit the back of my head on the chair. There was some bleeding for probably 10 minutes then it stopped. The cut doesnt appear to be very deep and is no more than half inch wide in diameter. i slept fine last night and this morning i jus feel tired and i have a headache. Although this could also be due to drinking the night before. I now have a little egg where the cut is and it is scab like. It doesnt hurt unless i touch it and the pain is minor.

my question is do you think it is anything serious and should i seek medical attention. I plan on going to health services tomorrow during the day...
