thoguh has a spectacular aura about
What is my hand/wrist injury?

I recently (3 1/2 weeks ago) fell on & injured my wrist/hand. At the time I definitely stretched some tendons because they were swollen and I could feel each individual one. I also couldn't use my thumb, index or middle fingers at all for about a week. This has slowly recovered & I now once again have a full range of motion. I can do most things again but the problem is that two things still cause a sharp excruciating pain. I can't push anything or put any weight on my palm (such as leaning on a bicycle grip while riding) and I can't do the motion of unscrewing (like a bottlecap). Both of these cause very bad pain in my wrist behind my thumb. My hand also doesn't hurt at all unless I do one of these two things. Otherwise my hand works fine. At work I can lift heavy items (200+ lbs.) and I have a full range of wrist motion. Does this sound like a pinched nerve or maybe a chipped bone or cartilage damage? I don't have insurance and have just been hoping that it would go away on it's own.
