What is the worst injury you've gotten jumping on a trampoline?

My kids want one, and don't believe me when I tell them they are dangerous. Even though I dislocated BOTH elbows at the same time on one.

I have one and I've never been hurt on it. and neither had any of my friends. But i know ppl who have been hurt. you just have to be smart

when i jump on one with other people then thats when it gets unsafe. if its just one person at a time they are perfectly fine unless they try to do backflips & so on.

but when ur on it one person at a time its kinda boring & they will forget about it in less that 2 months

but i havea bad ankle and all it takes is for someone to jump down while im jumping down & ill sprain it .
