how does one dress for personal injury mediation?

Hi, I have a friend who was injured and has had surgery to repair damage caused by accident. She will be going for mediation and we both are wondering how should dress and groom for this appointment.

Casual dressy. Clothes that are comfortable and groom normally. Good luck.

Her attorney should wheel her into the hearing wearing a full body cast. When the questioning begins he should say to her blink once for yes and twice for no. Sorry just kidding around. I hope she has consulted and has an attorney. I am not sure if this is especially binding arbitration that this is best way for her to handle her problem. Though its a much more time consuming process even the threat of a trial is enough to get you a lot more money and it sounds like from what you said she deserves it. She needs a Personal Injury Attorney. Usually these people work on a contingency fee and no money is required up front. They usually collect 25 percent to about a third of what they collect for you. If they loose they collect nothing. They have a really strong incentive to win.
