Do you think Cena faked his injury?

I mean WWE is pretty smart and they know how to fake an injury. However they did it differently by making this fake injury seem as legit as possible. they could have easily given cena a legit scar on him arm. they put it in a spot where it isnt too visible. he comes back and hes still buff like he was working out the whole time. Do you think its fake?
