How long does it take for a brachial plexus injury to heal?

I have a brachial plexus stretch injury and 2 vertebra out of place in my neck for 6 months. The pain is not any better. Initially I could not move my hand, now it goes numb and is hard to open and close at times. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? How long until the pain ceases? I know it heals 1/4" to 1/16"/day.
