| I was in a car accident 2 yrs ago and got no attorney even though i suffered
soft tissue injuries? the lawyers for the at fault driver have offered to settle for 7500, which is their first offer. My total doctor bill was 10592 which was paid by my work medical plan. It was discounted to about 7000. They are sabrogating for the sum. The settlement seems unfair, since all but 500 would stay with me. I figure this wouldnt cover my pain and suffering i incur.
What would be fair and what should be my counter offer? |
