| injury to leg? about 6 months ago i injured my right knee on a para training course and from now on when i run i dont get far before my calve starts really aching and my hip and then my leg goes all light and then i kinda start tripping over my self kinda hard to explain what happens it is more so when i'm sprinting dont realy understand because i never had any problems before i got my knee injury even though its been like 6 months my physio says it was down to weak glutes but after doing his exersises and they have become stronger but it still happens and then a gym trainer at my gym was telling me about lactic acid build any one else know about this or how to stop it well any help would be nice thank you |
