| shoulder injury? I wrenched my shoulder about 4 months ago. Had some physiotherapy and acupuncher but this did not help at all. I was told I should try having a steroid injection. I was told these are very painful so being the chicken i am i didnt have one. I can only raise my arm so far before it is really painful . Why after all this time do you think it hasnt healed on its own.      |

| Sounds Like Frozen Shoulder My Mother Has It And Has Had It Going On 3 Years Now. And The Steroid Injections Haven't Worked For Her Either. She Is In Pain All The Time And It Makes Me So Sad. I Hope You Find Treatment That Works. |
