Help! Throat injury...really scared =[?

i was walking to my room today and i tripped over something on the floor and fell forward...and so happens that right in front of me was the sharp end of a drawer and when i fell i hit myself straight in the throat...i got so freaked out because it made my throat hurt alot..right now its still hurting up until my right ear, especially when i swallow ...and i cant open my mouth too much

what can i do to stop the pain? being that its not a sore throat idk what to do
