coccyx / tailbone injury feel movement?

Traumatic injury (fell on my backside) playing soccer 48 hrs ago. I was in severe pain but was able to shake it off after a couple of minutes and continue for the last 20 minutes with slight difficulty. After the match as i began to cool down the pain began to set in and the drive home wasn't much fun at all.The pain woke me up during the night and it took me several minutes to get out of bed at the speed of around 10cm/per second.Went to the hospital and the doc would not give me an xray just advised painkillers (wouldnt prescribe any) and few weeks rest.Right at the bottom of the spine he said was where the injury is when he touched it alot of pain.He said it wouldnt make any difference if it was fractured or not just needs time to heal.

However it worries me that in certain positions and especially if i stand up straight and lean with my bottom into a wall i can feel bone movement around there.Its not particulary painful but it worries me. Any advice much appreciated.
IT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL when i sit down or lie down but no pain when i can feel it move/grind or click
