any advice for injury on head?

so i was falling down to make a catch while playing football ( no helmet) and i fell backwards and the back of my head slamed really hard on the floor. is that a problem or is there anything to tell if somethigs wrong ive had a headache for like 4 hours haha
i had dizzy vision after igot up but for the rest of the time a small headache

if your pupils are dilated then you have a concussion. try not to fall asleep because you might not wake up.

Usually, as a precaution, one is put on head trauma protocol which means that your level of consciousness is appropriate. (slurred sppech, unequal pupils, staggering gait, blurred vision, stiff neck, persistent vomiting or seizure) means head for the emergency room. If no loss of consciousness occurred, things are generally better. Use Tylenol aka acetaminophen as directed for the headache. Have a friend or family member keep a watch on you for 24 hours. Live and learn and wear your helmet. You already know this. Good luck in the future. Keep hydrated and I bet you will be just fine.
