Knee injury that won't go. What is the next step. Opperation or can I ask

doctor for steroids or the like? It has been with me for a rather long time. I have been overly patient and everyone around me seems to think surgery is the next step. I have read up on anabolic steroids but am not sure if this will help it.
Hey asswhole, I have done plenty. I have tried therapy as the doctor wanted. I have got a MRI as the doctor wanted. I don't want surgery, pills are not my first option they do however come before surgery. I have been living with this for over a year and a half now.

Did you get an MRI? That would be the next step. There's also physical therapy which would problem be simpler and safer than anything else. That's just my past experience.
