| question about time off/injury form work .? my husband works for Aamco Transmissions and he twisted his ankle last thursday at work and continued to work Friday. Saturday and Sunday he could not walk and Monday took him to doctors. He stayed home Monday - Wed. and tried to go to work today (Thursday) , his boss told him to go home they had a fill in come in and now they won't pay him for being out and want to reduce his salary to less money for not holding up his end of bargain.Long story. he has been employed for 6 months. Question is can they legally send him home with no pay when he was able and willing to come in and can they doc him the whole week pay?      |
