Pelvis has a spectacular aura about
Elbow Injury?

I injured my left elbow playing basketball two nights ago. It only hurts when I put pressure on it on the ball of the elbow. What should I do to heal? I am pretty sure it is not broken and I have feeling in my hand.

if there is no pain from moving your arm, it sounds as if you banged your elbow hard. it is likely that a bruise will develop. there is not much you can do, other than alternating ice and heat.
